When the City of Kitchener introduced a by-law permitting the construction of tiny homes, Pioneer Tower Homes was among the first to act on this opportunity. At one of our duplex properties, we designed and built the city's first insulated concrete form (ICF) tiny home — showcasing premium finishes, durable construction, and thoughtful design.
